This is the most recent work where cartography is the entire inspiration. Maps are made into collages or twisted to altered aspects. The shape is then transferred to MDF where it then becomes a fusion of all elements of mapmaking – city plans, fathom markers, latitude, longitude and the language of legends. They are images that are inventive rather than representative.
